Food Preservation: Boil Water Bath & Pickling/Fermenting with Purdue Extension

Learn about different food preservation techniques. This adult class will cover how individuals can use the boil water bath, pickling, fermenting methods to preserve foods. Purdue Extension Educator Chris Fogle will lead this class, which includes a lab component where attendees will get hands on experience with each of the different methods.
