Chair Fitness

Join us at the library for a special weekly program created just for retirees who want to stay active and enjoy fitness in a comfortable, supportive setting. Our chair fitness sessions are perfect for those who prefer low-impact exercises. Each session will feature a guided seated exercise routine provided through engaging and easy-to-follow YouTube videos. Participants are advised to dress comfortably.
